Forthcoming Events

The Forthcoming Events box

This box is automatically generated and will appear if you have any calendar sections.

This box will show the next 10 events dated today or later which have not been withdrawn from publication. Clicking on any of the events listed will take you to that article's page. Holding the mouse pointer over one of the links will show what date the event occurs on and the article summary in a tooltip.

Note that the forthcoming events box is cached on the Webulator server. This means that if you have just created a Calendar section and added some events to it, the forthcoming events box will not immediately appear. You can either wait a while and it will appear within an hour or you can log in as a site administrator, go to the Site Admin page and click on "Flush recent article cache" to cause the server to regenerate the recent article and forthcoming events cache.
