Feedback Forms

Webulator allows feedback forms to be embedded in an article.

By entering the text [FeedbackForm:Email@Address] (where Email@Address is the address that the form's contents are to be emailed to on submission) anywhere in a text item on a page, a feedback form is displayed. When the form is submitted correctly, the data from the form is emailed to the specified address. You can specify multiple email addresses by separating them with a colon : , e.g. [FeedbackForm:Email@Address:Another@EmailAddress]

It is also possible to specify the subject line of the email by adding it, separated by a comma, after the email address(es), for example [FeedbackForm:Email@Address,Information request from website]. If no subject is specified, then the subject line will be "Feedback response form from (SiteName) article (ArticleNumber).
