You can share a page on popular social networking sites using the command

Just enter [ShareThisPage:] anywhere in an article's text field to make the sharing widget appear at the bottom of any page that the article appears on. This allows the page to be shared on a variety of popular social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Delicious.
