Frequently Asked Questions

Hints and tips to solve common problems.

How to make titles bigger

Webulator is aimed at non-technical users being able to create websites quickly and simply so we have deliberately limited the number of options that you can easily change.

Having said that, there is a back door via the "Additional CSS data" section of the Site Admin page and entering CSS commands here will give you very fine control over the appearance of your website.

How to change colours in the Forthcoming events and Recent articles boxes

There are no options to change colours for the Forthcoming events and Recent articles boxes on the Site Admin page so if you want to do this you need to customise your Webulator website's cascading style sheet.

Adding your own logo / picture

As shipped, your Webulator website has the Dial Solutions and Webulator logos as part of the page layout but you will want to change these for your own.

Setting up your website structure

Before you can start adding content to your Webulator website you will need to add some sections first.

Adding Content

Content is added to the website as articles. When any user other than a Reader is logged in, the main page of each section of your website has an "Add article" button on it.

How to link to other pages on your Webulator website

You can use the [Link:] command embedded in your article text to link to other pages on your website in a number of different ways.
