What is Webulator?

Webulator is a system which allows users to create and update their own website using just a web browser. The website is hosted on our servers and requires very little by way of technical expertise.

Anyone in need of a low cost, reliable website. The system is particularly suited to small businesses, groups and organisations such as churches, clubs, sporting groups and schools. Such groups often rely on a single technical person to build their website but then are left high and dry when that person leaves the organisation.

For only £10/month (payable annually) you can have a website hosted on our servers, regularly backed up for peace of mind, and easily accessible for editing by anyone you authorise.

Simple to set up and modify

Requires very little technical expertise. Online instructions, FAQ's and access to expert help in case of difficulty make the whole process very easy. Sites can be built by individuals or teams of contributors. It's easy to add text, images (including galleries and slideshows), videos, sound, PDFs and other files to your website.

Embedded multimedia

You can embed PDF files, Shockwave Flash animations and applications, flash videos, MP3 audio files and more into your pages. The Webulator software sorts out the technical details. So, for example, when you upload an MP3 file, you can set the file to be displayed in an MP3 player on the page, with (optionally) a file icon to allow the complete file to be downloaded.

Your own domain name can be pointed at the Webulator servers. We can provide a temporary domain name for initially setting up the site before it goes live and can provide your final domain name too if necessary, if it is available.
